Hi There!

I'm Katie Gallagher, a proud mother of four incredible children: Quinn, Maghan, Bridget and Kaitlin, and I love to cook!
I created Made With Love Gluten-Free as a way to pass down our family recipes to my children as they grow, move out, and begin cooking for themselves. I want them to have access to the comforting meals they grew up with. But there's more to this story...
In recent years, life threw us a curveball. All three of my daughters and I were diagnosed with Celiac disease, an autoimmune condition that means even trace amounts of gluten can harm our health. Suddenly, the recipes we loved weren’t safe anymore. So, I went back into the kitchen with a new mission: to reimagine our family classics as 100% gluten-free and Celiac-safe without sacrificing flavor, joy, or tradition.
