About Me

Hi There!

My name is Katie Gallagher. I am the proud mother of four children: Quinn, Maghan, Bridget and Kaitlin and I love to cook. I wanted to create a website to share all our family recipes with my children as they grow up, become independent, and need to begin cooking on their own. Additionally, all three of my girls and I were recently diagnosed with Celiac disease and must eliminate gluten from our diets.  I've been modifying my recipes for over a year and I will document these changes on this site for my children.
