A classic family recipe adapted from Grandma Helen's original, this gluten-free Chicken Diane is rich, savory, and quick to make. It's perfect for a weeknight dinner with bold flavor in every bite.

Gluten-free Chicken Diane
I've modified Grandma's original recipe for Celiac safety and to ensure extra sauce! This one always makes me think of family dinners growing up. It’s comforting, simple, and full of that bold, tangy flavor thanks to the combo of A1 and dry sherry. I always double both from the original recipe (but I've already updated that way for you in this recipe), because the sauce is the best part. Serve it over mashed potatoes, rice, or spoon it up with your favorite gluten-free bread. I also like to make steamed broccoli or roasted brussel sprouts to serve with it. You won’t want to waste a drop. Always be sure to select gluten-free ingredients. Ingredients can always change so be sure to double check.

To ensure perfectly cooked chicken, Dad swears by ThermoWorks products, especially their Thermapen® ONE.

Use Celiac Safe Ingredients

Just make sure your A1, Worcestershire, and Dijon mustard are labeled gluten free— not all are, but they do come in safe versions now.

Lower the heat slightly. Add A1, dry sherry, GF Worcestershire sauce, GF Dijon, and dried parsley. Stir to combine and cook briefly until heated through.
