You just season a rump roast, add some gluten-free gravy mix, beef broth, and GF Worcestershire sauce, and let your slow cooker do all the work.

Place roast in the slow cooker. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.

In a small bowl, whisk brown gravy mix, Worcestershire sauce, and GF beef broth.

Pour mixturen on top of roast within the slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low heat for 8 -10 hours.

Shred the beef and add back to the slow cooker. Stir the gravy.

Optionally, add a slurry (1-2 tablespoons of cornstarch mixed with GF broth or water) to slow cooker for the the last hour of cooking.

Serve over the bread/roll topped with or dipped in gravy.
